On the morning of December 25th 2021, China Electronics Corporation (CEC) held the ceremony to celebrate the relocation of its headquarters to Shenzhen. Mr. Hao Peng, CPC Party Committee Secretary & Chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), Mr. Wang Weizhong, Vice Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee & Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, Mr. Yuan Ye, Vice Chairman of SASAC, Mr. Chen Liangxian Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, Mr. Wang Xi, Vice Governors of Guangdong Province, Mr. Qin Weizhong, Mayor of Shenzhen, Mr. Rui Xiaowu, Board Chairman of CEC, and Mr. Zeng Yi, President of CEC, attended the ceremony and inaugurated CEC’s relocated headquarters in Shenzhen.
At the ceremony, CEC also signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Accelerating the Building of the Core Strength and Organizational Platform for China’s Cyberspace Industry and the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Jointly Building Industrial Agglomeration and a Highland of China’s Cyberspace Innovation with Guangdong provincial government and Shenzhen Municipal government respectively.
Relevant departments directors from SASAC and senior management representatives of several state-owned enterprises, directors from the relevant government departments of Guangdong provincial government and Shenzhen Municipal government, and departments directors of CEC also attended the ceremony.
CEC is accelerating the building of core strength and organizational platform of the national Cyberspace Security and Informatization industry.
