In order to ensure the coexistence of the historicity and modern practicability of the old building, the project team, based on the extensive use of ancient construction techniques such as wood work, clay work, and stone work, has incorporated various modern crafts such as steel structure, curtain wall, water supply and drainage, and gas, into the construction to improve the livability and applicability of buildings.”
